ideal location cozy pub
the location was ideal. i could easily walk to the theatre, the park, and the river avon.. the pub connected to the hotel was cozy. i had a great time there after a day of exploring
the lighting in my room could have been better. i found it a bit dim at times

electric heater room cleanliness
the location near the town centre was acceptable.
my room was cold , heated only by a radiator and a small electric heater. the bathroom was clean , but the room itself didn't seem particularly clean.

The location was good close to the river. The Stratford tour bus started right next to the pub. Breakfast tasted good.
The stairs made a problem.

steep stairs mobility issue
the staff offered help and were super.
I found the stairs difficult. I have some mobility issues and they were a little steep for me. it was like quite A climb after a long day.
